Job Title: HR Assistant
Location: North Lincs – Brigg
An Opportunity for an experienced HR Assistant who enjoys working within a high-speed production environment. My client is looking for an experienced, motivated HR Assistant. Ideally experienced in working with stakeholders and has the ability to drive change and influence key site relationships.
Working as part of an small but experienced HR team, this role will use your business partnering skills and commercial approach
It is the ideal role for you if you are an experienced HR professional with payroll cover experience looking for your next opportunity, seeking to make a difference and have a keen eye for detail. If you enjoy working in a busy environment where there is the opportunity to improve on policies and procedures and allows a ‘hands on’ approach.
-The Applicant will have experience working within a previous HR role
-Experience of working within manufacturing
-Some previous payroll experience
-Strong ER knowledge and experience, coaching Managers/Supervisors
-Excellent employment law knowledge
-Engagement with HR projects
-Commercial awareness giving advice that best suits the business needs
